Grameen Foundation launches Bankers without Borders.

This is a volunteer program, but might be perfect for someone looking to add experience to their resume. It is even more perfect for someone wanting to transition to a new career while still keeping their current full-time position, as it appears some of the volunteer opportunities are pretty flexible or rather short term.
