starting a telecenter

I would like to start a TeleCenter in some location in Tanahun. I am new at this and I dont know if there are certain governmental processes to start with this. I would definately need some suggestions and some feedbacks as well as someone to share the experiences with me.

Bandhu Raj g theis is good news to hear that u are intrested for telecenter. First a fall u need to know what is telecenter and what does it works. I give u some person and some organization. Which we were already work. HlCIT is the government org. and other NGO also there Like as Fit Nepal. You can look from google about telecenter of Nepal and directory of telecenter.
